Flag retirement ceremony June 14

Boy Scout Troop 469 will be conducting a Flag Retirement Ceremony on Saturday, June 14th, at 1:00 pm at Morris Fire Station #2, 2301 Ashton Road, Morris, Illinois.

The community is welcome to attend.

Also, the Troop is collecting old flags for disposal.  Drop-off locations are:

  • GC Veterans Assistance Commission, 1802 N. Division, #405
  • Matteson’s Ace Hardware, Route 6 & Liberty Streets
  • Morris American Legion Post #294, 212 W. Washington Street

2013 Crackerbox Derby Results

Boy Scout Troop 469 is proud to once again host a great Crackerbox Derby for the Grundy County Corn Festival!!  We had perfect weather and great drivers and cars!!
